Ivan Tomasevic nice collection of tracks by machine funk mastermind that is The Horn. I'd very much like to see this one on vinyl. don't know Steve's current status, but I hope he's still producing music, and I would really like to hear more of his stuff. Favorite track: Microbender.

Lauren D. It's been a long time for some new sounds from The Horn. Despite this absence, the new release picks up where Hornography ended. Dope beats roll and stutter, synths slide and sweep and bleeps punctuate the elegant sounds of How Unprofessional. My favorite track is Quandom, a warm, deep groover. Favorite track: Quandom.
Nic Brown

Nic Brown Steve Horne (The Horn to his friends) assembles his some banging, some clattering, all wonderful techno/electro hybrids with the same cavalier approach to production that makes Beat Detectives' house tunes so joyously unpredictable. If you thought "Villager", his 1996 debut EP, was a blast (and how could you not?), "How Unprofessional", will light all your candles too. A more perfectly sequenced riot of noise and colour you won't experience this side of the apocalypse. Dance suckers. Favorite track: Stylex.

about

A mere 18 years since the last one, I present to you my second album!!

If you're here because you like 'Villager': you may find similar vibes on 'How Does That Feel ?' and 'Quandom'. Rummage in between for techno and electro mutations. All tracks have been produced in the last few years using both analogue and digital hardware synths, drum machines and FX, plus some nifty software. Hope you like - any and all support/donations gratefully received - may even encourage me to get the next album out before I reach fucking sixty ! :D
